Carnegie Homes Masterson Oaks Fall Home Event

Carnegie Homes hosted a seasonal celebration of all things home on earlier this week at their new Masterson Oaks community located at 432 Marshall Street Houston, TX 77006.

The up and coming community was no easy task and it required for the approval from current community residents. Which took months of persistence knocking on doors of current owners. 363 days later they were able to get the signatures needed to build.

Interesting fact, the historic area is the home of a 300yr old tree which is one of the 10th largest in Texas. The tree is a focal of this community and the preservation of this tree was very important to the Carnegie Homes team.

Guest in attendance consisted of media influencers that got the opportunity to tour the model home, enjoy light bites and cocktails, listen to presentations ranging in a variety of topics such as;  Feng Shui Fun on The Run with Trisha Keel, Sorted and Style Closet Organizing 101, Tile Trends with Cosentino,  Speed up your life with Xfinity and Datasmart home automation. Along with the chance to win amazing prices from local companies Hotel Alessandra, Vinglace, Xfinity to name a few.

There was so much to enjoy about the home but our favorites were the details and clean line design throughout the home. We are bit gold obsessed and loved that the gold accents were a consistent theme throughout the home.

We must admit that photos don't do the property justice, so take our word for it and make plans to view the property for yourself.  Click here to contact the Carnegie Homes team to plan you tour of the Masterson Oaks Community.

Arpan Gupta and the owner of Carnegie Homes and team hosted a wonderful evening and we are still in aw over the amazing stories shared about the history of the property.

We are looking forward to sharing more about the history of the Masterson Oaks Community in our upcoming article The History of Downtown & Its Development on the Rise.
